Terms and Conditions

All items are made up to order at the time order is placed - allow 12-15 days + shipping.
WE CLOSE FOR A WEEK OF VACATION IN NOV. - ORDERS WILL SHIP WEEK OF 12/1
Once an order is placed, any changes must be made within 24 hrs by email only.
We do not accept returns of customized, embroidered or printed items.
If there is a defect in a garment, a replacement will be made for the identical item.
All items must be shipped to you c/o your department - no residential shipping.
